McAllen-based Castle Hospitality was recognized by the Texas Exes Association as recipients of the inaugural Longhorn 100. The Longhorn 100 identifies, recognizes, and celebrates the success of the 100 fastest-growing companies founded and guided by University of Texas alumni.

Castle Hospitality is a full-service hotel management company that has developed and managed close to 20 hotels in central and south Texas.   Castle also serves as the umbrella organization that has built numerous retail centers and office parks. They are now focused on a new industrial park and the development of an iconic site in McAllen.

Castle Hospitality is proud to be recognized as the only business in the Rio Grande Valley included on the Longhorn 100.  Castle Hospitality was selected based on:

  • Longstanding growth for over twenty years
  • Continual success as a leader in the hospitality industry.
  • Being Longhorn alumni with substantial earnings from 2019 to 2021.
  • Founders, owners, leaders, and staff operating with high integrity and in a manner consistent with the values and image of UT Austin and the Texas Exes.

“This is an incredible honor. Having operated a number of hotels and other commercial projects over the last 20+ years, we are thrilled to be selected by the University of Texas System as a member of the inaugural Longhorn 100,” commented Michael Fallek. “This really is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talents of the thousands of employees who have helped build this organization.”
